The Automotive Technician plays a pivotal role within our automotive service team. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you learn and develop foundational skills in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles. You participate in routine inspections, contribute to vehicle assessments and assist in repair procedures. You may interact with customers to explain repair procedures, answer inquiries and provide exceptional service. This role demands mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship in a fast‑paced environment.

$16.15 – $24.23 per task (flat‑rate performance‑based compensation). These rates reflect average productivity by region.

• Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, tire maintenance and battery installation.
• Inspect steering, suspension and brake systems.
• Inspect, install and test electrical systems.
• Road‑test vehicles after service.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1 – A8 within the first two years of employment (company covers certification fees and provides a bonus for each test passed).

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance and tire repair services, including oil changes, basic inspections and tire repair.
• Reading, writing and basic math skills.

• 2 years of automotive repair experience or completion of a vocational‑technical school program in a related field.
• A.S.E. certification or equivalent external qualifications or training certificates.
