MUST DO
  • Support the Secondary Administration team by ensuring the Secondary school office functions efficiently and effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Secondary Administration team by providing support with administrative tasks and meetings.
  • Assist with teacher interviews as needed.
  • Track student aide attendance.
  • Schedule Principal interviews with returning families as needed.
  • Update daily attendance in FACTS/Renweb.
  • Answer phone calls related to LCHS, filtering and directing them to the appropriate area.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Check visitors and students in and out.
  • Collect and distribute any forms required for secondary students.
  • Email report cards for LCHS students each quarter.
  • Input and code secondary credit card expenses.
  • Responsible for check requisitions for tutoring, refunds, etc.
  • Oversee secondary events calendar.
  • Call substitute teachers for last‑minute sick teachers and assist with inputting substitute teachers on the secondary calendar.
  • Coordinate substitutes and volunteers for special events or meetings.
  • Help with back‑to‑school postcards by creating a mail merge.
  • Responsible for printing before and after school care sign‑in sheets from enrollment
  • Assist the LCHS nurse with care as needed.
  • Assist with special events as needed.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ensure student safety is the primary focus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Respond rapidly and appropriately to parents, students, and staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organization skills
  • Good steward of school resources
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer, handheld learning devices, and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
WORK SCHEDULE
  • 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
