Job Summary

AIMRIGHT Testing and Engineering is seeking a Fleet & Asset Associate to join our Tulsa team. This is an entry‑level, full‑time role where you will support the Fleet & Asset Coordinator in maintaining fleet management systems, tracking compliance documentation, and keeping equipment and facility records current.

No prior fleet experience is required. We’re looking for someone with strong computer skills, a knack for staying organized, and the drive to learn new systems quickly and you have excellent communication skills. You’ll receive hands‑on training in Fleetio, Linxup, and DOT/IFTA compliance as part of a structured development program designed to grow you into a Fleet & Asset Coordinator.

Competitive Pay: $18.00–$23.00/hr based on experience, plus full benefits.

Associate → Coordinator → Senior Coordinator → Assistant Asset Manager (salaried) → Asset Manager.

What You’ll Do Data Entry & System Support
  • Fleetio:
    Enter and update asset records (VIN, plates, assignments, mileage); learn to create and close work orders under Coordinator guidance.
  • Linxup:
    Pull standard reports (speeding, idling, geofence alerts) and organize data for Coordinator review.
  • Assist with dashboard updates and data accuracy checks across fleet systems.
Compliance & Documentation Support
  • Gather and organize IFTA mileage and fuel documentation for quarterly filings.
  • Track DOT expiration dates (medical cards, driver files, DVIRs) and flag upcoming renewals.
  • Maintain Pike Pass device records, OK tag registrations, and insurance card/decal files.
Inspections, Vendor & Maintenance Support
  • Assist with coordinating vehicle and equipment inspection schedules.
  • Help track vendor quotes, invoices, and work order status; learn to identify discrepancies.
  • Support the Coordinator in scheduling shop and vendor maintenance work.
Inventory, Facilities & General Support
  • Help maintain tool and equipment inventory records; assist with check‑in/out processes.
  • Log and track facility work orders (lighting, HVAC, grounds, security) as directed.
  • Team Support:
    Answer phones as needed; coordinate with field teams, vendors, and office staff with a friendly, service-oriented mindset.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:

    This is an entry-level position. No prior fleet or asset management experience required.
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) and able to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Organization:
    Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a track record of follow‑through—whether from school, volunteer work, or a previous job.
  • Communication:
    Clear written and verbal skills; dependable, team-oriented, and willing to ask questions.
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical:
    Valid driver’s license with clean MVR. Able to lift 25–50 lbs and work in all weather for brief field tasks.
