The Executive Administrative Assistant supports senior leaders by delivering strategic administrative and operational coordination across global teams. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, strengthening communication, and ensuring seamless collaboration in a fast-moving, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
What are the responsibilities?As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering clear communication and collaboration across teams
- Maintain organized digital workflows using tools for document management and automation
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs, project milestones, and team resources
- Develop and administer SharePoint sites to enhance knowledge sharing and project coordination
- Oversee complex scheduling, meetings, and event logistics across multiple international time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and collaborate with internal partners such as IT, HR, and facilities
- Support employee engagement initiatives and community-related activities
- Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve operational effectiveness
- Strong Power BI experience creating and analyzing dashboards
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Proficiency in SharePoint for document control and workflow optimization
- Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Background in event coordination and administrative project management
- Experience with in engineering or manufacturing environments is a plus
- You thrive under pressure, staying focused and dependable when managing high-priority projects
- You enjoy thinking creatively and finding innovative ways to improve processes and solve challenges
