General Summary The Executive Administrator to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) is a highly trusted partner who advances Senior Star strategy through precision, anticipation, and execution. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and adaptability in support of strategic priorities that impact our communities, associates, and residents.

The ideal candidate is flexible, resourceful, and willing to step in wherever needed — from coordinating strategy initiatives to supporting projects and other evolving priorities. No task is too small when it supports our mission.
Responsible, with all other Senior Star associates, for the leasing and marketing success of the company. Conducts business according to the Senior Star mission, vision, values, goals and promise.
- Manage and optimize the CSO’s complex calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Prepare meeting materials, briefing documents, presentations, and follow-up summaries with exceptional accuracy and polish.
- Draft, edit, and proofread communications on behalf of the CSO.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
- Assist in tracking and advancing strategic initiatives across departments.
- Support special projects related to teams reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, and other emerging priorities.
- Help coordinate planning sessions, offsite meetings, and cross-functional collaboration efforts.
- Step in to support project logistics wherever needed, including nontraditional or “odd” requests that require discretion and adaptability.
- Develop and maintain organized systems for files, documentation, and workflow tracking.
- Ensure deliverables meet high standards for accuracy, formatting, and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they elevate.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely completion of priorities.
- Regularly code expenses using expense management software.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level.
- Demonstrated ability to manage detailed preferences with precision and composure.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
- Experience with protected information.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize, pivot, and perform under shifting demands.
