Program Coordinator

Bilingual Program Coordinator (English/Spanish)

• Tulsa, OK (Onsite)
• Contract with potential for hire
• Full-time | $17.50/hr.

System One is hiring a bilingual Program Coordinator to provide administrative and event/planning support for early childhood recruitment efforts and council/committee meetings.

• Coordinate community recruitment events (scheduling, setup, tracking, follow-up)
• Support meeting logistics (rosters, childcare coordination, materials, minutes support)
• Maintain accurate records/data entry; assist with invoices and basic reporting
• Communicate with families, staff, and community partners in English & Spanish
• Some evening/weekend availability required

• Bilingual Spanish/English (written & verbal)
  required
• Associate’s degree required
• 2–3 years admin/project coordination experience
• Intermediate–advanced MS Office skills
• Strong organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail
