Brief Description
Wallace Design Collective is seeking a highly organized and self‑motivated Software Administrator to join our IT group in Tulsa. While this role sits within the IT department, it functions primarily as a specialized administrative position focused on the meticulous management of our software ecosystem.
You will be joining a small, collaborative team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and possesses the communication skills to bridge the gap between technical updates and firm‑wide coordination.
Responsibilities- Manage and monitor software licenses using large‑scale Excel spreadsheets to ensure all renewals are tracked and executed on time.
- Coordinate and push out software updates across the firm.
- Perform essential administrative tasks, including the monitoring and renewing of various software licenses.
- Act as a clear and effective communicator, providing status updates and instructions to the firm regarding software changes.
- Assist the IT team with various duties as needed to support a high‑energy, fast‑paced office.

Experience with Helpdesk tasks (creating tickets, taking calls, basic computer software and hardware diagnostics remote setup, or fixing printers) is a significant plus. - Attributes: Must be exceptionally self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working 100% in‑office.
