Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Program Operations Assistant to support our business operations and ensure efficient document and transaction content management. In this role, you will perform administrative and processing tasks, including data entry, policy checking, cancellations, and routine reporting. You will work across multiple software platforms, maintain comprehensive records, and handle incoming mail and related items.

How you'll make an impact
  • Perform data entry, data transfer, and document coding.
  • Prepare and organize source data for processing.
  • Handle policy checking, cancellations, and check processing.
  • Maintain specialized records and filing systems.
  • Identify and resolve errors or issues, ensuring accuracy.
  • Research and gather data to support operational needs.
  • Process incoming mail, checks, and related items.
  • Adhere to productivity and process standards, timelines, and resource usage.
  • Execute tasks using established methods and tools under direct supervision.
About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of related experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills.

Preferred:
Previous insurance experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous customer service experience desirable.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
