Title and Registration Administrator – SIXT
Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success? The Title and Registration Administrator will be responsible for managing the title and registration process for our fleet. This person will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and governmental agencies.
Your role at SIXT- Assemble, maintain, and record information and assist with car control clerical tasks.
- Process MSO’s (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) and paperwork for vehicle registrations and renewals.
- Maintain license plate inventory
Into and ensure proper processing to maximize credit and transfers (in applicable states). - Partner with vendors and branches to ensure timely processing of registrations and renewal and follow up with vendors on pending work.
- Assist in the vendor selection process by researching and qualifying vendors.
- Validate invoices for payment and verify data accuracy, revising errors when necessary.
- Education – High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience – Minimum 1 year of automotive title and registration or administrative experience.
- Technical Proficiency – Understanding of state‑specific title and registration requirements and familiarity with DMV processes and systems.
- Soft Skills – You have effective communicate skills both verbally and written, an ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources and take appropriate action, and have attention to detail and accuracy analytically.
