Strategic Financial Services, PC is a financial concierge firm located at 81st and Yale. Our primary focus is on small to medium sized companies and medium to high net worth families.

Position Overview

This is a rare opportunity in a small friendly office environment for someone with great administrative skillsets, organization and project implementation. The position will accompany our administration team, while learning the ins and outs of a financial concierge firm specializing in accounting and tax. The incumbent will ensure the smooth running of our company’s office and contribute to driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include managing projects such as tax return flow and check‑in, as well as a variety of administrative tasks such as answering calls, organizing mail, welcoming visitors and ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Ideal candidates are competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, self‑motivated, trustworthy and sensitive to confidential client information. Strong proof‑reading, English writing, Excel skills, and teachability for basic data entry in Quick Books and other financial software are required.

The candidate should also be strong in marketing tactics.

Full Time Position: 8 AM – 5 PM M‑F (40 hours a week; 1 hour lunch break). Overtime during busy seasons.

Pay will start at $21–23 per hour with opportunities for raises and bonuses as seen fit.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Electronic data coordination and implementation
  • Creation of Excel spreadsheets
  • Fast adaptability to new systems and softwares
  • Welcoming visitors and providing assistance as needed
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e‑mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Manage & set appointments
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed
  • Invoicing and bill pay
  • Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Tax Return Check‑in (Scanning, Sorting & Processing)
  • Handle highly sensitive information pertaining to personal finances
  • Tidying up around the office / running & unloading the dishwasher
  • Light bookkeeping and Quick Books invoicing data entry
  • Assist with marketing of the firm
