Job Summary
As the Administrative Assistant to the General Manager, you will support dealership leadership with administrative processes, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day operational tasks. You’ll help keep the dealership organized, compliant, and running efficiently while acting as a trusted administrative partner to the General Manager.

- Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and international communications
- Track follow‑ups deadlines, and priority items for dealership leadership
- Coordinate administrative needs across sales, service, parts, and F&I
- Support office operations and workflow improvements
- Assist with dealership events, vendor coordination, and special projects
- Maintain accurate information in dealership systems and spreadsheets
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Prior experience in administrative, office, or operations roles
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced automotive environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Dealer track, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Vin Solutions, or similar systems
- Prior automotive administrative experience supporting dealership leadership/management

Physical Requirements- The physical requirements of the position are LIGHT to MEDIUM in intensity.
- Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
- Constant – Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.
- Frequent – Repetitive motion.
- Occasional – Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
- This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operating an auto dealership.
