License and Title Coordinator Associate - Enterprise Mobility
Join us as the License & Title Coordinator Associate to support Enterprise/National/Alamo brands in administrative processing of license and title paperwork for initial registrations, renewals, and other related tasks. You will maintain relationships with the Department of Motor Vehicles, License & Title Services, field personnel, and use systems such as OnBase, SharePoint, and internal databases to ensure all vehicles are legally titled and registered.

- Review Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) for accuracy and determine documentation needed by the state to correctly register the vehicle.
- Assess vehicle status and determine proper renewal procedures.
- Prepare and complete paperwork, researching and resolving discrepancies, verifying accuracy before sending to DMVs and license and title services.
- Verify and complete title/renewal transactions within third‑party DMV systems linked directly to the State DMV offices.
- Update internal systems (VEM/EVMS/ATS/TMS/etc.) with applicable license information.
- Support the document management process; inventory titles and registrations; assign and manage plate, decal, and registration document inventory.
- Sign and notarize documents and complete affidavits.
- Organize and file legal registration documents; handle daily mailing of paperwork.
- Research missing MSOs and registrations; track and follow up with state and/or license services on registrations and renewals.
- Maintain data spreadsheets tracking activity on MSOs, titles, renewals, impounds, and other L&T information as needed.
- Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
- Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Must be 18 years old.
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience required.
- Minimum 1 year administrative support experience required.
- Basic working knowledge in Excel.
- Must be able to apply for and obtain a Notary Public Commission for the State of Oklahoma.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
- Must be willing to accept a starting pay of $16.49/hour.
- Willingness to work a 40 hour work week between Monday–Friday 7:00 am‑6:00 pm.
- Work environment involves light physical effort – handling objects up to 50 lb or standing/walking up and down stairs for more than 2 hours a day.
