Job Overview

Full‑time Patient Financial Services Clerk at Oklahoma Surgical Hospital. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. No holidays or weekends required. Benefits include a full benefits package and discretionary quarterly bonuses.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail processes.
• Provide customer service via incoming calls and voicemails.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of general office experience.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of a medical setting.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Sound judgement and quick decision making when dealing with patient needs.
