We are now looking for a talented Accounts Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for handling full set bookkeeping for estate management companies.

• Handle full set bookkeeping for estate management and residential leasing companies
• Process payments via HSBCnet and prepare payment vouchers
• Perform settlement for accounts receivable
• Assis in preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecast
• Prepare month end closing and financial management report
• Assist in annual audit and tax computation for submission to IRD
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and other duties when required

• DSE or above, preferably with diploma in accountancy
• Minimum 2 years’ accounting experiences in full set accounting
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently and with attention to details
• Proactive with commitment and sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated and good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
