We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple accounting functions. This is an onsite position in Tulsa in a business‑casual office.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and post journal entries and perform GL reconciliations
- Support billing, invoicing, and application of customer payments in the ERP
- Enter and maintain projects
- Support DOT tracking and related reporting
- Manage fuel cards, fuel reporting, fuel invoices, usage variance reporting, and related journal entries
- Assist with AR and AP duties, as needed
- Support month‑end close and ensure accurate, timely financial data
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues
- Support special projects assigned by the Controller
- Assist with process flow mapping, SOP creation, and change management documentation
- Update financial trend analysis and support monthly management reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Must have 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
