Experienced Bookkeeper - High Volume, Rapidly Growing Organization - $60-80k

Elevate is partnering with a fast‑growing, high‑volume organization in Tulsa seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join its team. This mission‑driven company is making a meaningful impact on the Tulsa community and has plans for continued expansion into additional markets. This is an opportunity to step into a fast‑paced environment with significant weekly product flow, daily cash activity, and multiple operating locations.

• Accounts Payable – Process invoices from receipt through payment, match invoices to purchase orders, manage vendor payments and maintain organized workflows, and ensure timely posting of transactions.
• Account Reconciliations – Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, and manage debt reconciliations and related schedules.
• General & Ad Hoc Reporting – Record leases, fixed assets, and debt‑related entries, maintain fixed asset schedules, book day‑to‑day entries, and provide onsite accounting support as needed.

This role is built for someone who genuinely enjoys staying busy and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything moving. The founder is a visionary leader with big goals and strong energy, and he is looking for an individual who is dependable, organized, and energized by high transaction volume. This position will also offer a highly flexible schedule, allowing you the freedom to manage your schedule while still being a reliable presence for the business.
