Accounting Manager

LHH is seeking an Accounting Manager for our client in Tulsa, OK. This direct hire opportunity is in office at our client’s Tulsa location. In this role, you would be managing the full accounting process and manage a small team. Salary range for this opportunity is $,000/year. Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable processes and transactions to ensure accuracy
• Oversee accounts receivable processes and transactions to ensure accuracy
• Manage vendor records and 1099 reporting
• Process travel and expense reimbursements and corporate card program
• Manage the AR process regarding collections
• Gather collections data involving past due & disputed balances
• Process sales tax reporting and file accurately & timely
• Handle month-end close processes
• Collect data for audit inquiries & assist with other audit requirements
• Coordinate payroll with outsourcing service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
• CPA preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• 5 years of experience in accounting
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Proficient in Excel
