System One is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to provide support with accounts payable, payroll reporting, and general bookkeeping functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys working independently and managing accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Part-Time Bookkeeper responsible for accounts payable, payroll reporting, and general bookkeeping tasks using Quick Books.

• Manage accounts payable and vendor transactions
• Assist with payroll reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records in Quick Books
• Perform general bookkeeping tasks and reconciliations
• Work independently to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately

• Proficiency in Quick Books (required)
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
• Experience with accounts payable and payroll reporting
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Pay Rate: $25/hour
• Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible, during normal business hours)
• Schedule: Part-time | Flexible within business hours
