Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Clerk

East Tulsa, OK

$25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AP/AR Clerk to support daily accounting operations, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and account reconciliations. This role is ideal for someone who maintains high accuracy, and provides excellent internal and external customer service.

• Prepare, verify, and issue customer invoices and statements on a daily basis.
• Apply payments, track outstanding balances, and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, short payments, and account discrepancies.

• Process vendor invoices by verifying transaction details, approvals, and proper coding.
• Schedule and prepare payments, ensuring proper authorization and timely disbursement.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, adjustments, or stop payments as needed.

• Post AP and AR transactions to accounting ledgers with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Follow internal accounting controls and data security procedures, including database backups.
• Support the accounting team with additional duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of AP/AR or accounting support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office e, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
