• Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Provide tax planning support and strategic advice to clients.
• Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.

• Review federal and state income tax returns before final partner approval.
• Prepare complex tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide tax planning advice and identify tax-efficient strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to collect documentation and answer inquiries.
• Stay current on tax law changes to provide accurate guidance.

• Minimum 5 years in public accounting.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proven experience in tax preparation, review, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members.
