Senior Associate, PE Independence & Compliance

A leading accounting firm is seeking a National Senior Associate for Independence in Premier Private Equity support. This role involves overseeing compliance related to multiple PE client relationships, maintaining independence standards, and evaluating new engagement opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, at least two years of public accounting experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A CPA license and familiarity with AICPA independence rules are preferred. Competitive compensation between $85,000 - $95,000 annually is offered.
