Accounts Receivable Clerk (Temp-to-Hire)

Location:

Tulsa, OK - 100% Onsite

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Duration: 90-day temp-to-hire

Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for a 100% onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity in Tulsa. This role will support day-to-day AR operations in a fast-paced, blue-collar work environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with billing, collections, and bank reconciliations and is comfortable working closely with operations and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process and post customer payments accurately

+ Generate and distribute invoices and billing statements

+ Perform collections activities, including follow-up on past-due accounts

+ Complete bank and cash account reconciliations

+ Maintain accurate AR records and documentation

+ Research and resolve payment discrepancies

+ Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams

+ Support month-end AR close activities

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, and collections

+

Experience with bank reconciliations

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Comfortable working in a blue-collar / operations-driven environment

+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work fully onsite

Preferred Qualifications:

+

Experience with accounting or ERP systems

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
