We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support a growing organization with day‑to‑day financial operations. This role requires a strong background in accounting functions and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Handle accounts receivable and invoicing activities
• Perform account reconciliations
• Manage payroll processing through a third‑party system
• Assist with general accounting tasks as needed

• Approximately 5–10 years of hands‑on accounting experience
• Accounting degree preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and start with short notice
• Proficiency with payroll systems and basic accounting software

• Schedule: Full‑time, on‑site
• Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
• Employment Type: Contract‑to‑Hire (C2H)
