We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant for a long term temporary project. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy. This hybrid role will last 6+ months and is a great way to get your foot in the door with an outstanding Tulsa employer!
Key Responsibilities- Apply daily payments (ACH, wire, checks, lockbox, credit cards) accurately and on time.
- Reconcile cash receipts and research and clear unapplied/misapplied cash, short pays, over payments, and unidentified receipts.
- Prepare monthly AR reports and create journal entries.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable that includes payment posting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Workday) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
