Tax Senior Associate

Join Eide Bailly as a Tax Senior Associate in Tulsa, OK. We are looking for an experienced, detail‑oriented professional to prepare individual and business tax returns, collaborate with our tax team on planning and special projects, and mentor junior staff.

Location: Tulsa, OK
Work Arrangement: In‑office or Hybrid

• Prepare individual, business, and other types of tax returns for clients across a variety of entities and industries.
• Collaborate with the tax team to ensure all components of the tax process are performed, including tax planning, client interaction, and special tax projects.
• Gather and validate relevant tax‑related information from clients to ensure accurate return preparation.
• Analyze tax situations from multiple angles to maximize tax benefits.
• Develop solutions and communicate findings to the engagement team and clients.
• Prepare accounting‑related reports in a paperless office environment.
• Train and mentor lower‑level employees in the tax department.
• Attend training seminars, professional development, and networking events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license or actively pursuing one;
  Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is also accepted.
• 2–4 years of tax experience within public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations.
• Proactive in staying current with evolving tax regulations and policies.
• Self‑starter who thrives both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to focus on complex tasks and quickly understand the firm’s compliance processes.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
