• Prepares individual, business, and other types of tax returns for clients in various types of entities and industries.
• Works with the tax team to ensure the components of the tax process are performed, including tax planning, client interaction, and performing special tax projects.
• Gathers relevant tax-related information from the client to prepare an accurate tax return.
• Assesses tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
• Prepares accounting-related reports through a paperless office environment.
• Attends training seminars, professional development, and networking events.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• You have an active CPA license or are working toward obtaining CPA license;
  Enrolled Agent (EA) certification also accepted.
• You have 1-3 years of tax experience within public accounting.
• You can explain details of your tax experience and the difference between a 1040 and an 1120.
• You have knowledge of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations.
• You stay up-to-date on the ever-changing tax industry regulations and policies.
• You are a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment.
• You can focus on complex tasks and understand the firm’s comprehensive compliance processes.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $48,000.00 – $56,000.00
