• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Perform general sales floor and production area duties and cross‑train in all work areas.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and security practices, report hazards and injuries.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and guidelines set by Goodwill.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers.
• Complete all required training and meetings.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
