Registered Nurse, Stepdown Unit – Full Time Nights, Tullahoma

Location: Tullahoma, TN

Salary: $65,000.00 – $71,000.00 per year

Responsible for planning, organizing, and administering patient care within the scope of the RN’s training and expertise. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes in alignment with hospital policies and the Tennessee Nurse Practice Act.

Full‑time (36 hours per week) – nights (7 p.m.–7 a.m.)

• Collaborate in establishing the plan of care and coordinate implementation while anticipating patient needs across the continuum.
• Analyze comprehensive information to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Use the nursing process to evaluate patient progress toward goals and apply appropriate interventions.
• Employ strategies that promote health and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Patient assessment and evaluation in home care (novice level).
• Patient education (novice level).
• Care planning (novice level).
• Evidence‑based nutrition practice (novice level).

• Execute responsibilities with an understanding of how outcomes affect related teams; provide informal guidance and support.
• Apply technical experience and judgment to moderately complex problems.
• Demonstrate expanded knowledge and best practices within the professional area.
• Maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Certification:
  Registered Nurse, licensed in Tennessee.
• Experience:
  
  Less than 1 year (entry level).
• Education:
  
  Graduate of an approved discipline‑specific program.
