The primary purpose of this position is to provide a senior Plans and Programs Specialist providing strategic planning and consultation services, project management, and management advisory services for the most complex and difficult projects that typically have an installation-wide impact.

• This is a drug testing designated position.
• Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends and/or holidays

• Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft.
