Highlights:
Deliver coordinated nursing care utilizing established standards and the nursing process
Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff in a collaborative environment
Coordinate patient care across multiple disciplines for comprehensive treatment outcomes

Work with an assigned group of patients to ensure quality care delivery
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Proven experience in coordinating patient care and supervising nursing staff
Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Current BLS certification required; additional certifications may be preferred
