Hope Horizon Mental Health is dedicated to supporting the mental and behavioral health needs of children and families in Tulare County. Our diverse team includes Licensed Clinicians, Registered Clinical Associates, Mental Health Case Managers, a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, student interns, trainees, and support staff. We provide comprehensive services to individuals with Medi-Cal benefits and extend certain services to those without Medi-Cal through grant funding.

This is a full-time, on-site Clinician role based in Tulare, CA. The Clinician will provide therapeutic services to children and families, conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate client documentation. The role includes delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in regular case consultations. The Clinician will work to foster a supportive environment, promoting mental health and emotional well-being for clients.
Qualifications- Skills in therapy techniques, mental health assessments, and treatment planning
- Experience with counseling, emotional support provision, and relationship-building with diverse populations
- Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Medi-Cal requirements and experience working with individuals with Medi-Cal or grant-based services
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Current licensure or registration as a Licensed Clinician or Registered Clinical Associate in California
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and participate in case consultations
- Experience working with children and families in behavioral or mental health settings is preferred
