Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT.

Preferred

• At least 2 years of hands‑on Software Development experience in Java/J2EE platform.
• At least 1 year of experience working in Micro Services based architecture.
• Knowledge in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), No
  
  SQL (Mongo
  
  DB) is a plus.
• Knowledge on at least one Relational Database and ORM technologies.
• Experience in designing and developing web/Data Warehouse applications.
• Good working knowledge of OO concepts, Design Patterns, UML.
• Experience in working in Agile and Iterative Development Methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and build tools such as Ant, Maven, Jenkins, etc.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux, Unix or Windows operating systems.
• Experience with application performance tuning, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Experience in working with Geo-diversified teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer interfacing skills and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audience.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

• Participate & drive requirements discussion with end‑users/customers.
• Guide the development team.
• Document requirements.
• Develop UI wireframes.
• Design and develop systems.
• Create test plans.
• Perform functional testing including regression testing.
• Prepare build and deployment scripts.
• Deployment, implementation and post‑production support.
