Purpose
The Lead Installer will install HVAC equipment into residential customer’s homes. This includes equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers and other related components.
Essential Job Functions- Install HVAC equipment into residential customer homes
- Troubleshoot equipment throughout the installation process, upon start-up, and during operation
- Install flex and sheet metal duct systems in residential homes
- Ensure that thermostats are operational and connected to the equipment correctly
- Load all necessary materials and equipment required for each job into company vehicle
- Follow all safety and training protocols per company policies
- Ensure that company vehicle is maintained and in operating order
- Participate and attend all required employee meetings and trainings
Full-time - Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm (must be flexible to customer needs and length of job). Overtime may be required based on the needs of the business.

- Subject to dark confined work spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
- Moderate to heavy working conditions
- Must be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, stand for long periods of time, bend, crawl and kneel
- Must be able to lift 100+ pounds at a time
- Must be comfortable climbing 28+ foot extension ladders
- Must be comfortable working in small, dark, confined spaces (attics)
None. All questionable matters are referred to Supervisor.
TravelWilling to travel within the following counties:
King, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap, Mason, Jefferson, Island. Occasionally, travel may occur within other counties not listed.

- Must have a valid EPA certification
- Ability to measure ductwork and install all equipment and accessories
- Test and braze line sets, evacuate and charge systems
- Ability to complete simple low and high voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers and air conditioners
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders that are 28+ feet tall
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be comfortable working outdoor in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have valid driver license and insurable driving record
