• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and teaming up with co‑workers to provide excellent sales service.

• Connecting with every customer by asking open‑ended questions to assess needs.
• Learning and sharing expertise of products and trends to fit customer needs.
• Maintaining awareness of all product knowledge, current or upcoming trends.

• 0–3 years of retail experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm for customer interaction and athletic products.
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without required supervision.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Rate of Pay: $22.10 / hour
