Dishwasher

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Dishwasher position in a professional kitchen environment.

• Location:
  
  Sodo Culinary – 360 Corporate Drive North, Tukwila, WA 98188. Online applications accepted only.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 5:00 am‑1:30 pm (full time). Details will be provided at interview.
• Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $21.00–$23.00 per hour.

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on a conveyor to a dishwashing machine, depending on assigned equipment. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
