Job Description
Looking for a long-term home in a state-of-the-art production facility? We are expanding our Tukwila operations and looking for skilled Aluminum MIG Welders to help us lead a major transition in our manufacturing process. Responsibilities- Perform basic welding operations using MIG processes.
- Read and interpret simple blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces.
- Set up welding machines and select appropriate tools and materials.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain welding equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Follow company safety standards and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Proficiency in aluminum welding and MIG processes.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and technical documents.
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques and metal properties.
- 1–3 years of welding experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical training or welding certification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of welding safety procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Willingness to learn and accept supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 – $33.00/hr.
