Location:

Tukwila, WA

• Assesses manufacturing requirements and verifies customer requests.
• Coordinates with support organizations to resolve manufacturing issues and works with contract administrators to develop and maintain procurement specifications and standards.
• Provides guidance and improvement suggestions to outside suppliers and other analysts.
• Participates in the analysis and research of new technology to provide state‑of‑the‑art cost‑effective products.
• Gathers manufacturing and product information to develop and recommend solutions to manufacturing requirements.
• Investigates changes in manufacturing requirements and supports emergent requests.
• Analyzes, procures and oversees procurement processes for manufacturing tool services products and services.
• Explores all possible options to resolve potential impacts to budget and manufacturing schedules.
• Supports the evaluation of outside supplier performance and verification of compliance with procedures and contract specifications.
• Participates in the development and management of overhead and capital budgets for the acquisition and inventory of tool services products.
• Reviews on‑hand inventory, coordinates re‑distribution and helps plan the removal of obsolete inventory.
• Works under limited supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite at the Tukwila location and is scheduled for the 1st shift.

• 1+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management.
• 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.
• 1+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• 1+ years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity.
• 1+ years of experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.
• 3+ years of experience with various contract types (e.g., Time & Materials, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus).

Typically, 3 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degrees are preferred but not required.

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $65,450 – $80,850.
