Branch Operations Lead – Worldpac

Worldpac, a leading name in automotive parts distribution, is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Assistant Branch Operations Manager and Branch Operations Manager in leading daily warehouse operations.

• Work closely with management to learn all functions of Branch Management, including operations, staffing, training, branch assets, expense management, and budgeting.
• Review, understand, and follow company safety and security procedures, serving as a role model to ensure compliance.
• Support team members in their training and development, enabling immediate application to daily work.
• Maintain a customer service‑oriented philosophy in all conduct with self and other team members.
• Report violations of company policies, procedures, and safety concerns to the management team.
• Coordinate and communicate with management to ensure orders are delivered, inventory is maintained, and records are prepared and stored appropriately.
• Use a vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely and courteously.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school, secondary school diploma, or GED equivalent.
• At least 6 months of prior warehouse experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Availability to open and close the warehouse Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed.
• Basic clerical and physical task performance, strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic math, detail‑orientation, strong time‑management, and problem‑solving.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) prior to driving a company vehicle for delivery duties.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to obtain powered equipment certification and to continue learning new skills related to Branch operations.

• Bilingual reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Required standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching with arms, talking, and listening; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing.
• Ability to lift and move 25–50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

USD $21.50 - $28.75 per hour.
