• Recent sit‑down forklift experience (certification preferred)
• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Administrative experience and strong computer/data entry skills
• Comfortable using warehouse systems and scanners
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Detail‑oriented and dependable

• Operate a sit‑down forklift safely and efficiently
• Working with tile
• Load and unload tile orders for customers and deliveries
• Assist walk‑in and will‑call customers with order pickup
• Verify orders for accuracy before release
• Provide professional, friendly customer service
• Process paperwork and enter data into the system
• Support inventory control and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
