Sabey Data Centers is recruiting three Data Center Maintenance Technicians for on‑site locations in Tukwila, WA.

$54,987.00/yr – $82,480.00/yr

This role operates on a 4x10 schedule. There are one swing shift (1:00 PM–11:00 PM) and two graveyard shifts (10:00 PM–8:00 AM). All hires start with day‑shift training.

This position is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of a 24/7 data center. Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment, and operating building control systems.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• General maintenance skills or relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Ability to become proficient in other software.
• Working knowledge of the English language – written and verbal comprehension.
• Ability to respond promptly to on‑call situations.
• Excellent time‑management skills – ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Aptitude and willingness to learn and utilize AI tools and technology.
