The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for coordinating all clinical agency activities associated with pharmaceutical services and products.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care.
- Upon hire:
Washington Pharmacist License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharm Dor equivalent education/experience:
- Post-graduate degree in pharmacy or
- Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics.
- Experience in clinical management, managed care and program development.
