Description
At The Krusteaz Company, we’re all about bringing joy to kitchens everywhere – and we’re looking for a talented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager who is ready to bring that same spirit of creativity, curiosity, and excellence to our finance team. This position is responsible for guiding business strategy and aiding decision‑making through in‑depth financial analysis and reporting. It will lead the company’s annual budgeting, annual strategic planning, and monthly forecasting processes, as well as oversee day‑to‑day financial modeling, performance analysis and financial systems management.
The person will lead and assist the Financial Systems Program Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting and drive process/system improvements.
- Provides decision‑making support and analysis for business leaders, and direct support to the CFO and VP, Finance and Accounting for corporate financial analysis.
- Collaborates with leaders throughout the organization in support of strategic initiatives to improve operational and financial performance.
- Manages corporate finance processes (IBP, Budget, and Strategic Planning).
- Manages and drives continuous improvement in the use of Essbase and management reporting.
- Provides financial support to corporate departments.
- Maintains and develops corporate financial forecasting models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow statements) and tracks cash flow.
- Coordinates the production and distribution of monthly financial statements and operational reports for leadership.
- Leads the financial systems program management function and ensures accurate financial reporting across our ERP, EPM and other systems/databases.
- Fosters an environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong analytical skills and implements solutions to solve root‑cause problems.
- Excellent written, oral, and facilitation skills.
- Tactful communication in resolving issues and discrepancies.
- Strong technical skills in ERP Accounts Receivable systems.
- Adept in managing projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Be a role model and invest in talent development.
- Ability to travel as business needs require.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive professional finance and general accounting experience, including preparation of financial statements.
- 5+ years of hands‑on management experience preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in a growing organization.
- Experience with sophisticated accounting software systems required.
- Performance Management and BL systems (Hyperion Essbase a big plus).
- Prior financial statement preparation in a manufacturing company preferred.

In‑office core days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays are flexible remote days. You may be asked to come in outside of a core day from time to time, based on business needs.

Salary InformationSalary range: $115,398 – $190,399, typically $130,000 – $165,000. Compensation considers experience, education, certification, training, and location. Additional incentives based on business performance.
Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentRegular standing, sitting, speaking, hearing, and hand use. Computer work requires focus on close vision. Moderate noise, confined area work, and extended computer sitting are possible.
