Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting accounting and financial operations through accurate reporting, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a manufacturing setting.

• Perform accounting and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Work within ERP systems to maintain accurate financial data and reporting.
• Develop and manage Excel-based reports, models, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to support financial accuracy and process improvement.
• Manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite, SAP, Epicor, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
