This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Tukwila, WA.

• Ensure engineering integrity, first‑time quality, and efficient execution of activities through use of the Digital System Model.
• Work closely with all IPTs through working groups to successfully drive the use of the Digital System Model.
• Own and manage execution of your Statement of Work for the USAF E‑7A program including Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables and prescribed process‑oriented functions.
• Actively partner with program leadership to ensure program objectives are accomplished.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non‑US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
• 5+ years of experience with systems engineering processes and tools.
• 3+ years of experience creating Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models in Cameo, Magic Systems of Systems Architect (MSOSA), or similar software.

• Experience with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).
• Previous experience implementing model‑based approaches on engineering projects/programs, ensuring seamless integration of delivered models within the receiving architecture and digital engineering platform.
• Experience with model‑derived Concept of Operations (Con Ops) requirements development, interface control documentation, technical specification review, architecture development.
• Experience integrating multiple stakeholders with unique objectives to operate within a common integrated digital environment.
• Experience in engineering of large‑scale systems and overall systems engineering disciplines.
• Experience in military aircraft modification programs.
• Excellent communications skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of management, customers, and partners.
• Ability to build a safe environment of inclusion, transparency, and trust.
• Previous experience in leading, mentoring, and engaging individuals and teams.
• Experience providing active mentorship and career guidance.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $146,200 - $197,800.
