Pay Rate: $16.66/hr – $20.76/hr Non‑Teaching Rate and up to $26.40/hr Total Teaching Rate depending on background and experience.

• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
• Teach students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Assist with Customer service as needed, building long‑term students by creating a great experience.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Partner with all students and families through frequent communication, building trusting relationships, and embracing parents’ knowledge.
• Communicate with students and/or parents on progress of each student.
• Share students and/or parents’ goals and progress frequently.

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument that they are proficient in, such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
• Demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching.
