Own the development and execution of our enterprise strategic planning cycles — including
** Deliver Executive Storytelling:
** Use your deep PowerPoint skills to craft visual narratives that help senior leaders make confident, informed decisions.  off tasks on a list. A purpose-driven culture that values learning, growth, and innovation.
*** Minimum Qualifications
**** Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience required.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy development and/or strategic planning, including the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategy, operate independently, and influence executive leaders.
* Deep relationship-building skills and experience partnering with business and functional leaders.
* Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills — with the ability to structure ambiguity and move complex projects forward.
* Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* Proven PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills for executive audiences.
*** Desired Qualifications
**** Advanced degree preferred.
* Experience in financial services.
* Experience in strategy consulting at the EM / PL level or above OR a strategy role in a financial institution at the Director-level or above.
