Pay Range: $80,168.40 - $82,000 annual - this is an exempt position
This is a HYBRID position with 3 days in office in Tukwila and 2 days remote.
Primary Responsibilities- Maintain cash receipts spreadsheet and update activity report daily.
- Prepare and enter journal entries for recording of revenue and other transactions.
- Prepare daily summary of revenues.
- Prepare and/or reconcile activity reports to Gambling Commission reports and filings.
- Reconcile cash paid outs.
- Audit casino paperwork daily for errors/discrepancies.
- Record casino “drop” amounts.
- Perform filing as needed.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- Weekend and Holiday work required.
- (2) two years’ revenue accounting experience preferred;
Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; or an equivalent amount of education and experience may substitute. - Experience working in an office environment is required.
- Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook applications and Dynamics 365 Business Central experience required.
- Data entry and 10 key experience preferred.
- Ability to train, coach and mentor others.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of classified information.
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

- Knowledge of general ledger posting process and experience preparing and posting journal entries.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, office environment. Must be able to sit for long periods of time, speak and hear, write, finger and feel, lift and carry up to twenty pounds (20 lbs.) and occasionally more. Requires all forms of manual dexterity and mobility throughout the shift. Employee occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and work occasional weekend and/or evenings.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Salary: $80,168.40 - $82,000.00/year
