As a Warehouse Supervisor
, you will oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, maintaining inventory accuracy and preparing outbound garage door products for our service technicians and installers. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bring your warehouse experience, we will train you on garage doors!

• Systems/software scare you. We don’t use much paper around here

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring timely and accurate order prep for daily installations and repairs.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and compliance with company standards.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance.

• 2+ year of experience supervising warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and practices
• Excellent organization and leadership skills
• Proficiency in inventory management software:
  Service Titan a plus!
• Able to bend, climb, kneel and stand for long periods
• Physically able to lift 75lbs
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check
• Knowledge of basic software such as navigation apps, Google etc as well as tablet and computer use
• Basic knowledge of hand tools is a huge plus!
• GED or HS diploma not required, however reading skills as well as basic math skills are required.
