A company is looking for a Driver Recruiter to lead high-volume driver hiring across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities- Own full cycle recruiting for CDL Class A drivers of the EV fleet
- Manage driver leads and applications inside Tenstreet, including status updates and disposition tracking
- Track and report weekly recruiting KPIs including leads, hires, and time-to-seat
- 2+ years of high-volume CDL driver recruiting experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation
- Hands-on experience using Tenstreet as a daily ATS and onboarding platform
- Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and driver qualification file (DQF) requirements
- Proven ability to manage 50 to 150+ open requisitions in high call volume environments
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Excel
