What Does a CDL A Driver do at Swire Coca‑Cola?

In this role, you will operate a commercial motor vehicle and play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our beverages to customers.

Monday - Friday, 5 AM - 1 PM
Pay: $27/hr
Job Level: 2

• Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations, following predetermined routes and schedules while adapting to traffic and weather conditions.
• Safely load and unload beverage products using proper handling techniques to prevent damage. Stock beverages and maintain back rooms/back stock areas as requested.
• Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Use electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with logistics to ensure accurate counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, both inside and outside.
• Interact professionally with store personnel, establishing positive relationships with store managers and staff.
• Maintain a valid CDL‑A license.
• Complete all assigned training.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

• High School Diploma (or GED) and/or equivalent degree/certificate.
• CDL‑A License required.
• Interstate License required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed; flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, routes, and delivery demands.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physical capability to lift and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, clients, and team members.
